Provide structured counselling for career mapping and long-term goal setting. Conduct psychometric assessments and personality profiling to identify career fitment. Organize training in soft skills, communication, aptitude and group discussions. Facilitate sessions on résumé building, personal branding and interview preparation. Align student competency development with market demand insights and recruiter expectations. Identify skill gaps through assessments and design targeted capability enhancement programs.

Corporate Alliances & Industry Connect

Establish & maintain corporate relationships for placements, internships, and industry projects. Organize industry-led sessions, expert talks, panel discussions, and leadership conclaves. Strategic MoUs & Corporate Partnerships

Initiate and formalize Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with industries, corporates, and institutions. The Students Transformation Programme (STP) at ACCMAN Institute of Management is a comprehensive developmental initiative designed to transform students into confident, industry-ready professionals. Students had the opportunity to present their ideas at the Reserve Bank of India, New Delhi, during the Digital Payments Awareness Week – Idea Pitch Competition. Mandatory Registration
  • All students must register with the Placement Department to participate in campus placement activities.
  • Only registered students will be considered eligible for placement opportunities.
Communication Protocol
  • Direct communication with company representatives is not permitted.
  • All placement-related communication must be routed through the Placement Department.
Policy Amendments
  • The Placement Department reserves the right to revise or update the placement policy at any time
  • Changes will be implemented per institutional requirements and industry dynamics.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Students must satisfy academic, attendance, and conduct requirements for placement participation.
  • Eligibility for specific organizations depends on recruiter-defined criteria.
Application Commitment
  • Students may apply only for roles relevant to their eligibility and career interests.
  • Once shortlisted, participation in the selection process is mandatory unless formally approved otherwise.
Offer Acceptance Norms
  • Students must communicate acceptance or rejection of offers within the stipulated timeline.
  • Acceptance of an offer may limit participation in subsequent placement drives per institute norms.
Professional Conduct
  • Students must maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional etiquette throughout the placement cycle.
  • Any misconduct may result in disqualification from placement activities.
Attendance in Placement Activities
  • Attendance in Pre-Placement Talks, tests, interviews, and related activities is compulsory for shortlisted candidates.
  • Absence without prior approval may lead to suspension from future placement opportunities.
Authentic Information Disclosure
  • Students must provide accurate and verified information in resumes, applications, and supporting documents.
  • Misrepresentation or falsification may result in immediate disqualification.
Withdrawal Policy
  • Withdrawal from a recruitment process after confirmation is discouraged unless approved by the Placement Department.
  • Unauthorized withdrawal may invite disciplinary action under placement regulations.
Internship & PPO Reporting
  • All Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) received through internships must be reported promptly to the Placement Department.
  • PPO acceptance shall be governed by institutional placement norms.
Final Decision Authority
  • The decisions of the recruiter and the Placement Department in all placement matters shall be final and binding.
  • No appeal or exception shall override the authority of the Placement Department.
